Please note: We do not back order items if they total under
$25.00
RETURN POLICY
Please note: Each item must be unused and in original
wrapping when returned to The Italian Art Store or Italian
Art Shoppe. We will issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY, minus the Shipping
and Handling charges. TIME LIMIT: 30 days from the date of receipt
of merchandise. All stock returns must be authorized by the Italian
Art Store/Shoppe BEFORE sending materials.
Note: All Match Pewter
and Martin Aborn items can be returned for credit
as long as they are in original new condition. Items must be returned
within 30 days from date of purchase in original packaging.
ALL CANVAS, LINEN and PAPER ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE ORDERED,
AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. Thank you.
